What AgentReply does

AgentReply reads your connected Gmail inbox to detect new leads and drafts suggested email replies using AI. AgentReply never sends emails automatically — every draft requires your review and your action to send. You are solely responsible for the content of any email you choose to send, whether or not it originated as an AgentReply draft.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must be a licensed real estate professional or otherwise authorized to use this tool for legitimate business communication.

Billing

AgentReply is billed monthly through Stripe. New accounts get a 14-day free trial; no payment method is required to start the trial. You can cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

No guarantee of outcomes

AgentReply drafts replies based on the information available in a lead's message. It does not guarantee any particular response rate, conversion, sale, or business outcome. AI-generated drafts may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AgentReply to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications, or to violate the terms of Google, Gmail, or any third-party service AgentReply connects to.

Limitation of liability

AgentReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentReply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost business or lost leads.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you directly.
