What AgentReply accesses in your Gmail

When you connect Gmail, AgentReply requests three specific permissions from Google:

• Read unread mail — used only to detect new leads. AgentReply does not read your sent mail, contacts, or any message beyond what's needed to identify a new inquiry.
• Create drafts — used to write a suggested reply directly into your Gmail Drafts folder. AgentReply never sends an email on your behalf; every reply requires you to review and send it yourself.
• Send email — used only to send you a summary notification (e.g. "3 new drafts ready"). This permission is not used to contact your leads.

What we store

• Your account email, name, and preferences (reply tone, signature, booking link).
• The content of lead messages and the conversation transcript, so AgentReply can draft relevant, contextual replies. This is used solely to generate your drafts and is not sold, shared, or used to train AI models beyond generating your own replies.
• Your Gmail connection is stored as an encrypted token, not in plain text. It is never visible to us in readable form, and you can revoke it at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings.
• Billing information is handled entirely by Stripe — AgentReply never sees or stores your card details.

Third parties we use

• Google (Gmail API) — to read leads and create drafts, as described above.
• Anthropic — the lead message content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a draft reply. Anthropic's own data handling terms apply to this processing.
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, used to store your account and lead data securely.
• Stripe — handles all billing and payment processing.

Your control over your data

You can disconnect Gmail access at any time from Settings or directly from your Google Account. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below — we will delete your stored data within 30 days of a verified request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
